Bij een aankoop waarbij er nog geen eerdere interactie met Vervangende Handzender was eerst gebeld en meer info over aankoop gevraagd; dit proces verliep prima als ook de levering die dezelfde dag (bestelling 4.20pm) nog uitgezet werd.
